Thats why were seeking a Operations Supervisor with a passion for innovation problem solving and the ability to create world-class customer experiences.Key job responsibilitiesCreate and cultivate a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities across your work area.Manage and coach our Associates to help deliver the best service for our customersEnsure that customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelinesContinuously provide critical shift related information to front line management and operatorsAdjust linehaul schedule focusing on inputs that drive truck utilization balanced with arrival patterns at last mile sites to meet and exceed productivity targetsEngage with support functions and/or other departments to address common issues or needs in key areas of performance e.g. process area readiness optimization safety training.- Experience with planning performance metrics and process improvement- Experience managing teams- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area including weekends nights and/or holidays- UAE National with Family Book- Experience with data analysis- Experience in logisticsOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
