The company proudly serves esteemed clients, including the Riyadh Municipality, Ministry of Sports, Border Management Authority, and Defense Sector Projects.Role DescriptionThe Operations Manager will oversee day‑to‑day activities, optimize processes, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include managing cross‑functional teams, coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring key performance indicators, and developing strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency. This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and plays a pivotal part in achieving organizational goals through effective leadership and decision‑making.QualificationsOperations and Process Management skills, including workflow optimization and team coordinationProject Management and Planning experience, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectivelyStrong Leadership and Team Management skills to oversee and motivate large, diverse teamsProficiency in Risk Assessment, Quality Assurance, and Problem‑Solving methodologiesKnowledge of regulatory compliance, safety standards, and industry best practicesStrong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management and reportingMinimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience in large‑scale infrastructure and government projects is highly advantageousProficiency in project management tools and enterprise software systemsFluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
