Operations&Maintenance Engineer – CNG

<div><p><b>Job Title:</b>Operations&Maintenance Engineer CNG Stations</p><p><b>Location:</b>UAE</p><p><b>Department:</b>Operations&Maintenance</p><p><b>Reports to:</b>O&M Manager</p><h3>Role Summary</h3><p>Ensure reliable safe operation and maintenance of CNG stations including compressors storage dispensers and associated mechanical/electrical systems.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for CNG equipment.</li><li>Monitor station performance (pressure flow availability alarms) and respond to breakdowns.</li><li>Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues on compressors valves and piping.</li><li>Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for major repairs and warranty support.</li><li>Ensure all work adheres to safety environmental and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Maintain accurate maintenance logs work orders and spares consumption records.</li><li>Support commissioning of new stations and upgrades.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering.</li><li>36 years experience in maintenance of CNG gas processing or similar industrial plants.</li><li>Strong handson skills in rotating equipment valves and instrumentation basics.</li><li>Familiarity with CMMS/maintenance management systems is an advantage.</li><li>Willingness to work on shifts / oncall for emergencies.</li></ul><h3>KPIs</h3><ul><li>Station availability / uptime %.</li><li>Mean time to repair (MTTR) for breakdowns.</li><li>Number of repeat failures and safety incidents.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
