<div><p><b>China State Construction Middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting Technical Manager to join our team in newly awarded High Rise Tower project in Dubai.</b></p><h3>Position Summary</h3><ul><li>Monitor the development, coordination, and approval of the shop drawings/ materials/ method statements, and all necessary requirements for execution the works in site, considering the project's specifications, and the cost effect.</li><li>Ensure the full coordination with all trades, to develop proper shop drawings, considering the construction real sequence, and all other trades interface.</li></ul><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Studying the project's specifications, along with the design drawings.</li><li>Monitoring the generation&development of shop drawings for structural, architectural, and MEP, and ensure the submission on the planned time.</li><li>Ensure the compliance of the shop drawings and materials to the project's specifications, the construction sequence on site, and to the planned time program.</li><li>Reviewing the design of specialist sub-contractors (post tensioned structural elements, steel structure, waterproofing, curtail wall, landscaping, architectural different types of finishes, etc.). Coordinating and guiding the sub-designers to meet the project's specific requirements.</li><li>Updating the management about the status of the ongoing activities. Liaising with client, and considers his concerns technically, contractually, and commercially.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
