Through events, educational programs, and strategic initiatives, Creators HQ connects creators with platforms, brands, and opportunities that help them grow their impact and careers.About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Contracts Lead to support the Creators & Programs team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing operational processes, contracts, and logistics that support the successful execution of programs and events.You will work closely with program managers and internal teams to ensure program operations run smoothly, documentation is accurate, and logistics are well coordinated. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys operational problem solving, and has strong coordination skills.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Operations & CoordinationAssist the Program Manager in the implementation and execution of programsEnsure all tracking sheets and internal documents are updated and accurate at all timesVerify that the website calendar reflects correct program dates, timings, and detailsLogistics & Operational SupportCoordinate with the Operations Department for logistics including flights, accommodation, and schedulingSupport the planning and execution of program logistics and operational requirementsContracts & Documentation ManagementCoordinate and follow up on proposals, contracts, consent forms, and payment processing to ensure completion prior to program datesMaintain organized documentation and internal records related to programs and partnershipsProgram AdministrationReview and approve workshop attendees through the backend systemSupport internal teams with program-related documentation and operational processesRequirementsQualifications & ExperienceMinimum 2 years of experience in event coordination, program support, or operationsExperience handling logistics such as flights, accommodation, and schedulingCustomer service or subscription/membership management experienceSkills & AttributesHighly organized and detail-orientedStrong communication skillsAbility to manage multiple operational tasks efficientlyFlexible with working hours when requiredPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & Development#J-18808-Ljbffr
