The Company plays a role in the forefront of the industry, being part of one of the top 20 Reinsurance Brokers in the world.Chedid & Associates - Qatar, a company of Chedid Capital, is looking for an Officer - Motor Insurance to join its growing team.Joining our 1700 dynamic team member, spread among 64 subsidiaries worldwide, offers you endless growing opportunities.ResponsibilitiesContact clients for the renewals of their motor insurance via emails and phone calls.Negotiate with insurance companies for quotations.Follow up on requests with insurance companies.Follow up on requests with clients.Assist in resolving key issues with customers, such as delays in contract documents and collection.Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner.Cross-check policy documents shared by insurers to ensure they match the agreed T&Cs.Prepare various reports.Communicate internally between relevant departments.Handle KYC/AML requirements with Compliance.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent in a similar field.4-7 years of experience in insurance, customer service or a similar field.Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
