Redmayne Smith is an international property investment consultancy with offices in Dubai and the UK. We work with clients globally to source and structure high-quality property investment opportunities, providing practical, end-to-end support throughout the investment journey.As our Dubai office grows, we are seeking a professional and experienced Office Manager / HR Administrator to ensure seamless daily operations while providing effective HR and administrative support.As the Office Manager & HR Administrator you will support office management, HR administration and UAE employment support. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and confident managing communication across departments. You will ensure the office operates efficiently, employees are supported, and visa and administrative processes are completed accurately.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice CoordinationOversee daily office operations, maintaining a professional and organised environmentLiaise with service providers, including telecoms, maintenance, utilities, and cleaning companiesMonitor office supplies and arrange replenishment when requiredCoordinate meeting rooms, schedules, and internal arrangementsProvide administrative assistance to senior management as neededCommunication & AdministrationHandle incoming / outbound calls and direct enquiries professionallyManage office email correspondence and internal communicationsCoordinate diaries, meetings, and departmental updates,Communicate confidently in English, both verbally and in writing, across all departmentsProvide structured and timely updates to managementHR SupportCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processesPrepare and maintain employment documentation and employee recordsOrganise first-day arrangements and inductions for new joinersEnsure IT equipment and system access are ready prior to start datesHandle all employee information with discretion and confidentialityVisa & PRO Coordination (Essential)Support UAE visa applications for new employees and leavers from start to finishLiaise with external PRO services and relevant authoritiesTrack application progress and provide updates to managementEnsure documentation is submitted accurately and on timeMaintain compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulationsCandidate RequirementsProven experience in office administration, HR, and UAE visa/PRO coordinationunderstanding & knowledge of UAE employment procedures and administrative requirementsConfident and professional communicator in English (verbal and written)Highly organised, structured, and detail-orientedProactive, dependable, and able to work independentlyProfessional, approachable, and reliableProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Candidate Eligibility & RequirementsTo apply for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office administration, HR, and UAE visa/PRO coordinationFull proficiency in English in all communication channels (verbal, written, email)Ability to work UK-aligned hours (Monday – Friday, 12:30pm – 8:30pm) Non-negotiableCapability to perform all HR, visa, and office responsibilities outlined in this JDPlease apply only if you meet these minimum requirements.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: up to 10,000 AED per monthEmployment visa providedStandard UAE health insurance25 working days annual leaveUAE private sector public holidays (as per MOHRE)Office location: Business Bay, DubaiSupportive and professional working environmentOpportunity for personal and professional growthCollaborative team culture with focus on learning and developmentYou will be part of a growing international business with offices in Dubai and the UK.
