Office Clerk (Egyptian Nationals Only)We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. As an Egyptian national, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and ensuring efficient and effective communication within our company.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain office files, records, and documentsHandle incoming and outgoing correspondenceAssist with scheduling appointments and meetingsMaintain office inventory and order supplies as neededAnswer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individualGreet visitors and provide them with information or assistance as neededPerform data entry tasks accurately and efficientlyRequirementsMust be an Egyptian national currently residing in QatarFluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an office settingFamiliarity with biometric passport processes is preferredExcellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong communication skills, both written and verbalProficient in Microsoft Office suiteThis position is suitable for men who are looking for a stable job opportunity with room for growth within the company.
