Office assistant vacancy in Haur-Fakkan UAEThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office, while ensuring that all tasks assigned to them are completed in a timely and efficient manner.ResponsibilitiesAnswering phone calls and emails from clients/customersManaging daily filing systemsScheduling appointments for staff membersKeeping track of office supplies inventoryMaintaining updated records of staff members’ attendanceProcessing invoices and paymentsAssisting with the preparation of documents such as reports and presentationsManaging travel arrangements for staff membersPerforming other administrative duties as neededQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent qualificationPrevious experience in an office settingStrong knowledge of computers, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc)Compensation and RequirementsSalary offered: 1400 AED per month.
