They are on the lookout for a commercially astute Sales&Account Manager to nurture key client relationships, drive new business, and lead product launches within the DWM and DF space across the UAE market.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Report to the Country Manager; execute sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and performance objectives in line with the Management Plan.</li><li>Identify high-potential opportunities within the Oil&Gas sector to maximise market share, revenue, and profitability.</li><li>Drive growth across the Drilling Waste Management (DWM) and/or Drilling Fluids (DF) portfolio with existing and prospective clients.</li><li>Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closure.</li><li>Build and sustain strong client relationships to ensure long-term retention and repeat business.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact; resolve enquiries, contractual matters, and provide commercial support.</li><li>Propose and deliver tailored DWM and DF technical and operational solutions, proposals, and presentations aligned to client requirements and Oil&Gas stakeholder expectations.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and product launches across the UAE.</li><li>Monitor sales targets; provide accurate forecasts and monthly performance updates to the Country Manager.</li><li>Identify and convert new clients to expand market presence across the UAE.</li><li>Submit accurate monthly sales reports to senior management.</li><li>Comply with all Quality, Health, Safety&Environment (QHSE) policies, safety regulations, and local authority standards.</li><li>Champion QHSE culture through training, leadership, and participation in audits.</li></ul><p><b>Required Experience&Skills</b></p><ul><li>8+ years in technical sales within UAE Oil&Gas Drilling Waste Management (DWM) and/or Drilling Fluids (DF); experience is mandatory.</li><li>Proven UAE account management track record with operators, drilling contractors, and service companies.</li><li>Strong commercial skills: negotiation, contract management, forecasting, and CRM proficiency.</li><li>Capable of solution design and delivering technical proposals and presentations.</li><li>Degree or Diploma in engineering, petroleum science, or related field.</li><li>Must be UAE-based with valid residency and right to work.</li></ul><p><b>Career Progression</b></p><p>Our Client offers a structured growth pathway for high-performing individuals.
