Job Description

National Sales Manager for a Plastic Manufacturing company is responsible for creating and executing national sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Key duties include setting sales targets, managing and coaching a national sales team, analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and ensuring consistent sales performance across all regions.Responsibilities:Develop and implement national sales strategies, set sales targets, and create plans to achieve them.Lead, coach, and manage a national sales team, including regional managers, to meet and exceed business goals.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer demand to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.Track sales performance, set key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to executive management.Work with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with new product launches and promotional activities.Qualification:12+ years of sales experience, with a significant portion in a senior leadership role, and proven experience in the plastics industry / FMCG Retail / ManufacturingA Bachelor's degree is often required, with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.Leadership - Demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and develop a sales team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
