You'll be responsible for establishing, building and nurturing strategic partnerships with our partners as well as identifying new commercial opportunities and negotiating best‑in‑class reciprocal support to effortlessly bring the Tilbury magic to life in stores and online. You'll have a commercial mindset with a natural ability to reach creative results and achieve ambitious growth targets. You will be highly numerate, target‑driven, commercially savvy, and passionate about working in the beauty industry.Role AccountabilitiesEstablish and maintain strong external relationships at all levels cross‑functionally, to maintain collaborative ways of working and ensure the Charlotte Tilbury brand is positioned to deliver more than its due share of voice, visibility and exposure.Contribute to retail and net forecasting, meeting all financial deadlines and budget submissions, flagging risks and opportunities in a timely and quantified manner.Lead on monthly ordering cycles owning the ordering and shipments process, working cross‑collaboratively with Supply Chain and working closely with demand planners to ensure accuracy.Support on conducting successful commercial negotiations on terms, pricing, distribution, space and location, in‑store visibility and support with Buying and Merchandising teams.Ensure a top‑line and detailed understanding of retail context, category and individual store performance to identify retail opportunities and strategic needs.Ensure accurate forecasting for NPD and core lines, proactive inventory and assortment management, with close collaboration with Supply Chain and Demand Planning.Support the development and training of the wider team, sharing expertise and driving relationship management.Work closely with cross‑functional internal teams – Marketing, Visual Merchandising, PR, Education – to create and deliver joint business plans, strong activations of key NPD and Marketing moments and eventing.Build strong working relationships with our fabulous Retail team, utilising insight from the field and engaging the team in the execution of the trading plans.RequirementsExtensive and proven experience as a National Account Manager, ideally within the beauty, luxury or fashion industries.Strong numeracy, target‑driven, commercially savvy, keen to find creative solutions to challenges, and passionate about working in the beauty industry.Excellent numerical and analytical skills with an eye for detail and rigour.Results orientated & proactively solution driven.Structured and organised, but comfortable working with ambiguity, in a fast‑paced and ever‑evolving environment.Appetite for learning and development.Excellent relationship building and communication skills.Proven experience in negotiating.Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.BenefitsBe a part of a values‑driven, high‑growth, magical journey with an ultimate vision to empower everyone, everywhere to be the best version of themselves.Hybrid model with flexibility, allowing you to work how best suits you – 3 days in the office.30 days holiday.Inclusive parental leave policy that supports throughout the journey.Generous product discount and gifting.Medical insurance provided.At Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, our mission is to empower everybody in the world to be the most beautiful version of themselves.
