In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually captivating motion graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and video content. You will lead projects from concept through to final delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our brand storytelling and visual identity.This role offers the opportunity to lead exciting motion graphic projects, contribute to impactful brand storytelling, and work in a collaborative and dynamic creative environment.The RoleDevelop high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for a range of projects, including promotional videos, social media content, and branded videos.Collaborate with, designers, content and brand teams to conceptualise and execute design projects that align with brand objectives.Lead the creative process, from storyboarding and scripting to animation and post-production, ensuring timely delivery of projects.Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques, integrating innovative ideas into your work to enhance visual storytelling.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and maintaining high-quality standards while adhering to deadlines.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior motion graphic designers, fostering their skill development and creativity.Conduct regular reviews of motion graphic projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project goals.Prepare and optimise assets for various digital platforms, ensuring compatibility and high visual quality across devices.The PersonQualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or a related field.A minimum of 10 years of experience in motion graphic design or animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate creative ideas effectively.Experience with project management and the ability to work independently in afast-paced environment.A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually compelling motion graphics.#J-18808-Ljbffr
