You will work closely with the Event Manager and other internal team members to help ensure the smooth planning and execution of events. This internship offers a hands‑on opportunity to gain experience in the field of event coordination while working with a high‑performing and collaborative team.In This Role, You WillAssist in identifying and sourcing venues for BCG events throughout Saudi Arabia.Support the onboarding process of new event vendors and partners, including collecting required documentation and ensuring compliance with BCG policies.Maintain a database of vendors and venues across key cities in Saudi Arabia.Coordinate with local service providers to obtain quotes, availability, and proposals for events.Assist with basic administrative tasks, project tracking, and documentation.Provide logistical support during the planning phase of events and help ensure timely follow‑up on action items.Be flexible in supporting other event‑related tasks as assigned, which may fall outside of vendor onboarding and venue sourcing.Help uphold safety, security, and quality standards during event planning and execution.YOU'RE GOOD ATBeing organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in completing tasks.Communicating professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders.Managing your time effectively and prioritizing competing tasks.Learning quickly and working independently with minimal supervision.Being flexible and adaptable in a dynamic, fast‑paced work environment.What You'll BringFinal‑year university student eligible for COOP in June 2026 (preferably in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field).Strong interest in event management or operations.Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as needed for venue visits or events.Who You'll Work WithYou will report to the Middle East Event Manager and collaborate with the regional Events Team, as well as local vendors and stakeholders in Saudi Arabia.
