MICROSOFT STACK BI ENGINEER

We are hiring a senior Microsoft Stack BI expert with hand‑on experience across Microsoft BI technologies. Responsible for designing, developing, and validating enterprise data solutions using SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS (Multidimensional & Tabular), Power BI, and automation tools. The role includes establishing a robust bronze staging layer, silver transformation and gold layers. Delivering scalable reporting solutions integrated within an on‑premises MSSQL environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Document: Architect and develop end‑to‑end BI solutions including ETL, data models, and reporting layers.Model & Transform: Construct the Bronze, Silver, Gold layer and semantic models using SQL Server, SSIS, and SSAS.Develop & Visualize: Build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI Desktop with optimized DAX.Automate & Optimize: Implement Power Automate workflows and optimize SQL/SSAS performance.Handoff: Deliver clear source‑to‑destination mapping documentation (Primary Keys, Join Logic, Transformations, and Data Lineage) for business and technical stakeholders.Must‑Have ExpertiseSQL Server: Complex SQL development, performance tuning, and high‑volume data handling.SSIS: Strong experience in designing ETL packages with full and incremental load strategies.SSAS (Multidimensional & Tabular): Deep understanding of cube design, tabular modelling, DAX, hierarchies, and measures.Power BI Desktop: Advanced report development, data modelling, and DAX optimization.Power Query: Strong data transformation and mashup capabilities.Power Automate: Workflow automation and report distribution processes.Python: Data manipulation, automation, and integration scripting.Data Modelling & Validation: Expertise in dimensional modelling (Star/Snowflake schemas) and data reconciliation techniques.Preferred ExperienceExperience in Dynamics AX or Oracle Fusion ERP and enterprise BI implementations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
