<div><p>We are hiring for Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant to join one of our major clients based out of UAE.</p><p>Role- Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant</p><p>Employment type- Contract- 12 months&extendable</p><b>Job Description:</b><ul><li>Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions</li><li>Collaborate with the Product Owner to understand backlog priorities, user stories, and product roadmap</li><li>Translate business and product requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions</li><li>Implement and optimize Copilot (AI-powered features) to improve productivity and customer experience</li><li>Leverage Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to extend functionality</li></ul><b>Required Skills&Experience:</b><ul><li>Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate (mandatory)</li><li>5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service / Customer Engagement (CE)</li><li>Proven hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Copilot / AI capabilities</li><li>Strong understanding of case management, SLAs, queues, and knowledge management</li><li>Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
