As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for complex construction projects.Design and develop MEP systems for mixed‑use building projects, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulationsConduct Testing and Commissioning (T&C) procedures to verify system performance and functionalityCollaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other project stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into building designsPerform detailed calculations and analysis to optimize MEP system efficiency and sustainabilityCreate and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports using AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar softwareTroubleshoot and resolve MEP‑related issues during construction and post‑occupancy phasesManage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectivelyStay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in MEP engineeringEnsure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures throughout the project lifecycleWhat do we need from youBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fieldMinimum 9 years of experience in MEP engineering for mixed‑use building projectsProficiency in MEP systems design, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protectionExtensive knowledge of Testing and Commissioning (T&C) procedures for building systemsStrong understanding of building codes and regulations, particularly in Saudi ArabiaProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar software for creating technical drawings and modelsExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen eye for detailProven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlinesStrong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse project teamsExperience with sustainable design practices and energy‑efficient systemsProfessional Engineering (PE) license preferredFamiliarity with local building codes and regulations in Saudi ArabiaWillingness to work on‑site as needed and adapt to dynamic project requirements#J-18808-Ljbffr
