MEP Planning Engineer (Riyadh)

Responsibilities1 Project Scheduling and Planning: Developing detailed work schedules for MEP activities, including timelines & tasks. Identifying critical path activities and setting milestones for key project phases to guide project progress.2. Resource and Labor Planning: Working with the Sr Planner to estimate required resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, for each project phase.3. Progress Tracking and Reporting: Monitoring the project’s progress against the planned schedule, tracking task completion, and identifying any deviations or delays.4. Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identifying potential scheduling risks & develop a contingency plan or adjusting the schedule to mitigate risks and reduce their impact on the project timeline.5. Coordination with Site and Project Teams: Collaborating closely with site supervisors, construction managers, and subcontractors to ensure that the planned schedule aligns with on-site conditions and any unexpected developments.6.
