MEP Manager

Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.Coordinate and manage all MEP activities, including design, procurement, installation, and commissioning.Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines.Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure effective project delivery.Lead and manage a team of MEP professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards.Prepare and present project progress reports to clients and senior management.Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.Ensure quality control and assurance throughout the project lifecycle.Preferred Candidate:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.Proven experience in managing MEP projects, with a minimum of 15 years of experience.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and controlling.Knowledge of local regulations, codes, and standards related to MEP projects.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Experience in managing a diverse team of professionals.Proficient in project management software and tools.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
