With 180 team members in 27 countries we partner with founders investors and governments to build thriving startup ecosystems through innovation and capital.We're seeking a driven and hands‑on MENA Marketing Specialist to execute high-impact marketing for our regional programs across the Middle East and North Africa. You’ll collaborate with program teams, global marketing and external partners to launch programs, manage localized outreach and deliver event‑driven campaigns. The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑paced cross‑functional settings, excels at campaign execution, social and email marketing and content creation, and brings cultural sensitivity to localizing messages across diverse MENA markets with creativity and operational excellence.Candidates must be based within UAE to be considered.Essential FunctionsExecute localized marketing strategies for new MENA program launches and strategic partnershipsImplement integrated marketing campaigns across channels including social media, email, content, and eventsDevelop and manage regional program pages, social media content calendars and email communications in coordination with central teamsAdapt global marketing assets for MENA audiences ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance (Arabic proficiency a plus)Manage day‑to‑day marketing operations across tools like HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, and CMS platformsSupport event marketing and on‑the‑ground awareness for demo days, webinars and ecosystem activationsCreate marketing assets across formats: social graphics, email templates, landing pages and partner kitsTrack and report on campaign performance, helping refine our regional marketing playbook over timeCoordinate across internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing deliverablesMaintain marketing workflows and documentation to ensure clarity, consistency and efficiencyRequirements – Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field3 years of marketing experience in the MENA region, ideally with exposure to startups, venture accelerators or innovation programsProven track record executing marketing campaigns across social, email and event channelsStrong writing and content development skills with excellent communication in EnglishFluency in Arabic (spoken and written)Detail‑oriented with strong project management skills able to manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders and deliver under pressureComfortable working with marketing data dashboards and performance tracking toolsFamiliarity with the startup ecosystem and regional innovation stakeholdersProficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Airtable, Notion, Canva, Figma, Google Suite, Zapier and CMS platforms like Strapi or BuilderExposure to event marketing and coordination including trade shows, pitch events and founder showcasesSelf‑starter mindset with a bias toward execution and continuous learning#J-18808-Ljbffr
