Job Title: Marketing Coordinator and MerchandiserWork Location: Dubai, UAEDivision/Department: Marketing DepartmentReports to: Trade Marketing ManagerFull TimeJob Summary: The Trade Marketing & Operations Coordinator supports all retail and marketing initiatives by ensuring smooth coordination between marketing, finance, and operational functions. This role bridges creative execution and business efficiency by helping to manage budgets, streamline processes, and support the rollout of marketing campaigns across retail and digital channels. Acting as a key link between teams, the coordinator ensures consistency, organization, and timely delivery while gaining hands-on exposure to trade, digital, and PR activities that drive Sonos’ growth and brand presence in the region.Key Responsibilities:Maintain an up-to-date cost-tracking sheet per retailer to monitor budget allocations and expendituresCoordinate with Finance to ensure biweekly updates of sales data on the marketing dashboard, enabling timely budget adjustments.Monitor, collect, and document all online and offline marketing activities executed with retail partners within the correct templates.Maintain and regularly update customer data received online and via promotersUpdate all audiences of the Mailchimp databaseOversee monthly digital posting calendar to ensure the agency is following the agreed timelines and content plans.Support with sub-distributionOversee production and installation to ensure high-quality output, timely delivery, and brand consistency across all materials.Coordinate maintenance and logistics for POSMs and in-store assets, resolving any technical issues.Conduct weekly market visits to review installed POSMs, assessing stock availability, technical functionality, and overall visual presentation.Gathering high quality pictures of POSMs for reporting purposesResponsible for managing online product listings and A+ content in accordance with Sonos global standardsEnsuring maintenance of online brand pages/SIS pages in accordance with global standardsOperational & Administrative SupportReceive and process all supplier invoices, ensuring they are coded accurately under the correct marketing category.Send invoices to the Finance team promptly with clear documentation and references.Ensure all invoices are properly reflected in the monthly reports.Support the COO and Marketing Director with visa processing, travel arrangements, and related administrative requests.Assist in COO’s annual UK tax filing coordination.Manage deliveries and shipments for agencies, partners, and other external parties.Support the logistics and execution of activations, events, and marketing campaigns.Arranging the production and distribution of brand remindersSupport promoter related adhoc requestsGrowth & TrainingShadow trade marketing activities, including retailer meetings and market visits, to build an understanding of in-store marketing dynamics.Shadow digital marketing and PR functions, assisting with small tasks to develop hands-on experience in campaign management and media coordinationSupport the marketing team in the planning and execution of PR initiatives and trade events to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.Education Requirements and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Proven organizational and multitasking abilities within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with tools such as Mailchimp or other CRM/email platforms.A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for marketing and operational excellence.Seeking passionate talents to join our dynamic team, where your skills meet limitless opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
