Job Description

Job PurposeThe Meditation Facilitator is responsible for designing and leading guided meditation and mindfulness sessions for VVIP guests and wellness clients within a luxury hospitality environment. The role focuses on enhancing guests’ emotional well-being, relaxation, and holistic healing experiences while maintaining the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and personalized service.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct individual and group guided meditation sessions (mindfulness, breathing techniques, stress reduction, visualization, etc.)Develop customized meditation programs tailored to guest needs (wellness, recovery, stress management, sleep improvement)Collaborate with wellness, medical, and hospitality teams to align sessions with guest care plansCreate a calm, safe, and supportive environment for guestsMaintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all timesPrepare meditation spaces ensuring cleanliness, ambiance, and readinessSupport wellness events, retreats, and special VVIP programsProvide gentle guidance on breathing techniques and relaxation practicesMaintain professional documentation if required by managementEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standardsCandidate RequirementsCertification in Meditation, Mindfulness, Yoga, or related wellness disciplineMinimum 2–3 years’ experience in wellness centers, luxury hospitality, retreats, or healthcare environmentsExperience working with high-profile or VIP clients preferredStrong communication and calming interpersonal skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorHigh level of emotional intelligence and empathyAbility to maintain discretion and confidentialityFluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)Preferred SkillsKnowledge of breathwork and stress management techniquesBasic understanding of holistic wellness conceptsAbility to adapt session styles based on guest preferencesExperience in luxury or government-linked environments is a plusKey CompetenciesEmotional IntelligenceGuest-Centric ApproachDiscretion & ConfidentialityCultural SensitivityProfessionalismAttention to Detail#J-18808-Ljbffr
