The Mechanical Engineer - Static & Package Equipment is responsible for the design, detailed engineering, and project management of static, package, and combustion equipment for oil & gas refineries, LNG plants, petrochemical facilities, fertilizer plants, power plants, and related onshore/offshore installations. The role requires strong technical knowledge, engineering expertise, and the ability to oversee projects from feasibility through execution. Infrastructure & Documentation Develop and review:Technical specificationsMechanical datasheetsMaterial requisitionsTechnical bid evaluations (TBE)Material handling reportsScope of work documentation Engineering deliverables Feasibility studiesPre-FEEDFEEDEPC projects (greenfield & brownfield) Project Management Participate in project planning, scheduling, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.Prepare project execution plans, quality plans, and HSE plans.Ensure all engineering tasks are completed on schedule and within project requirements. Profile Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Extensive experience in static and package equipment design and engineering. Strong background in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, LNG, and fertiliser industries. Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASME, API, TEMA, etc.). Experience in both onshore and offshore facilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in engineering software and tools. Excellent communication and technical documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Working at SPIE What can we offer you?
