Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

<div><p>We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to lead and manage the mechanical maintenance team, ensuring all machinery and equipment operate efficiently and safely, while minimizing downtime and maintaining high operational standards across the facility.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Supervise and lead the mechanical maintenance team in daily operations</li><li>Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance</li><li>Ensure all machinery and equipment are operating efficiently and safely</li><li>Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective solutions quickly</li><li>Coordinate with operations and production teams to minimize downtime</li><li>Maintain maintenance logs, spare parts inventory, and equipment records</li><li>Train and mentor maintenance technicians to enhance skills and performance</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards</li><li>Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements</li><li>Handle emergency breakdowns effectively and ensure rapid recovery</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role</li><li>Strong background in industrial or manufacturing environments</li><li>In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, pumps, motors, and conveyors</li><li>Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities under pressure</li><li>Good communication skills in English</li><li>Relevant technical certifications are a plus</li></ul><h3>Required Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong leadership and team management</li><li>Problem-solving and quick decision-making</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
