Mechanical Engineer

We are a leading real estate development company, recognized for delivering exceptional projects globally and setting new benchmarks in the industry.We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer who will be responsible to lead the mechanical design and coordination of MEP systems for building projects, ensuring full compliance with UAE authority regulations, and providing technical support throughout project lifecycles from design to handover.Key Responsibilities:1- Design & CoordinationLead the review and coordination of mechanical designs including:HVAC systemsVentilationPlumbing and drainage2- Authority ApprovalsPrepare and support authority submission documents.Coordinate with authorities including DDA (Dubai Development Authority) and DM (Dubai Municipality) where applicable.Respond to technical queries and ensure design compliance with local codes.3- Technical SupportReview shop drawings and material submittals for technical accuracy.Address and resolve RFIs (Requests for Information) and site coordination issues.Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to maintain project progress.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.5 to 7 years of relevant experience in MEP design and coordination.UAE experience is highly preferred.Familiar with UAE authority standards and building codes.Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit MEP is an advantage.Certifications (Mandatory)DM DEQ Certified (Mechanical) – must be active.Registered member of the Society of Engineers (SoE) – must be active.What We Offer:Competitive salary and commission-based incentives.A dynamic and professional work environment.Career growth opportunities in a leading real estate firm.If you have the required experience and skills, and you're ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role, we’d love to hear from you!How to Apply:Send your resume to Talent@reportageuae.com " Mechanical Engineer – Real Estate".#J-18808-Ljbffr
