They will play a crucial part in delivering top-quality service to our clients ensuring vehicle safety and reliability while fostering positive client relationships.Key Responsibilities Commercial Vehicle and Bus Maintenance Customer Service & Technical Support Carry out diagnostics servicing maintenance and repairs on commercial vehicles and buses ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Engage directly with clients to understand vehicle issues communicate technical findings and explain recommended solutions in clear non-technical language.Required Skills Selling Skills Technical Knowledge and Communication Strong technical knowledge in the diagnosis repair and maintenance of commercial vehicles and bus systems including mechanical electrical and diagnostic components.Relevant technical qualification in automotive engineering mechanical engineering or a related discipline. Proven experience working with commercial vehicles and/or buses in a technical service or maintenance capacity is required. Previous exposure to customer-facing or sales roles within an automotive or commercial vehicle environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with diagnostic equipment maintenance planning and modern vehicle systems (including hybrid/electric buses) is an advantage.
