This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating projects, working with multiple stakeholders, and being at the heart of marketing operations.In this role, you will play a key part in bringing marketing initiatives to life — from campaigns and events to vendor collaboration and financial coordination.Role expectationsTake ownership of marketing operations, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and eventsCoordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality marketing initiativesManage purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking to keep projects on trackSupport the organization of engaging events, including logistics and on-site coordinationWork with agencies and vendors to deliver marketing materials aligned with brand standardsMaintain and support marketing campaigns in SFDC, ensuring accuracy and efficiencyBe the go-to person for keeping projects organized, timelines aligned, and stakeholders informedWhat we're looking forEducation & Experience:Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of directly related experience.Proven experience working with large accounts / strategic customers in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.Skills & Competencies:Oral and written communication skills in English.Efficient at managing competing demands including prioritization, responsiveness and keeping others informed.Effective stakeholder management skills – internal and externalSolid problem-solving ability and ability to manage detailsHigh sense of accountability for one’s tasks and can-do attitude with appropriate sense of urgencyBudget management experienceTeam playerCustomer focused#J-18808-Ljbffr
