<div><h3>About the company:</h3><p>Al Boom Marine is a leading UAE-based retail and distribution company specializing in watersports, outdoor, and lifestyle products, representing globally recognized brands while offering high-quality gear and experiences for marine and adventure enthusiasts.</p><h3>About the position:</h3><p>Marketplace Executive will be responsible for managing and growing the brand’s presence across major online marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, Namshi, Trendyol), handling end-to-end operations including product listings, order fulfilment, inventory coordination, and performance tracking, while driving sales through pricing, promotions, and data-driven insights, ensuring marketplace compliance, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver a seamless customer and brand experience.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><h3>Marketplace Operations:</h3><ul><li>Manage day-to-day operations across marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Namshi, Trendyol, etc.).</li><li>Ensure accurate product listings including pricing, descriptions, images, attributes, and categorisation.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product launches and updates on marketplaces.</li><li>Monitor marketplace SLAs, compliance requirements, and seller performance metrics.</li></ul><h3>Order&Fulfilment Management:</h3><ul><li>Track daily orders, fulfilment status, cancellations, and returns.</li><li>Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and store teams to ensure on-time dispatch and delivery.</li><li>Resolve order-related issues, customer complaints, and marketplace escalations.</li></ul><h3>Sales&Performance Tracking:</h3><ul><li>Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, stock availability, and returns by marketplace.</li><li>Prepare regular reports on sales, margins, discounts, and operational KPIs.</li><li>Identify underperforming SKUs and recommend corrective actions.</li></ul><h3>Pricing, Promotions&Campaigns:</h3><ul><li>Support execution of marketplace promotions, deals, and campaigns in coordination with Buying, Planning, and Marketing teams.</li><li>Ensure correct pricing, discounts, and offers are live as per approved plans.</li><li>Monitor competitor pricing and marketplace trends.</li></ul><h3>Inventory Coordination:</h3><ul><li>Work closely with Planning and Supply Chain teams to ensure optimal stock availability.</li><li>Track inventory ageing and slow-moving products on marketplaces.</li><li>Support stock allocation and replenishment decisions for marketplace channels.</li></ul><h3>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</h3><ul><li>Coordinate with Merchandising, Buying, Finance, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations.</li><li>Act as the point of contact for marketplace partners on operational matters.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, Retail Management, or a related field.</li><li>Postgraduate qualification is an advantage but not mandatory.</li></ul><h3>Experience:</h3><ul><li>2–4 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations within a retail environment.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills and understanding of data analysis tools are advantageous.</li><li>Strong understanding of online marketplace operations and metrics.</li><li>High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple SKUs and tasks.</li><li>Data-driven mindset with good analytical and reporting skills.Strong coordination and follow-up skills across teams.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, familiarity with BI tools is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with tight timelines.</li><li>Commercial awareness and understanding of pricing and margins.</li><li>Clear communication and problem-solving skills.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
