Job Description
Role SummaryThe Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning executing and monitoring brand and trade marketing initiatives for the wholesale business in the UAE and the wider GCC region. As an individual contributor this role is hands-on developing campaigns managing partner relationships and ensuring brand consistency across multiple retail channels while collaborating closely with sales and visual merchandising teams.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand MarketingDevelop and execute annual marketing calendars for watches and jewelry brands within wholesale channels.Adapt global brand strategies to the local market ensuring cultural relevance and alignment with brand identity.Manage PR media and influencer collaborations to build brand awareness in the UAE/GCC.Trade & Retail MarketingPlan and implement in-store activations events and promotions with wholesale partners.Coordinate POS materials displays and promotional assets in collaboration with Visual Merchandising.Monitor marketing compliance across retailers and ensure consistent brand presentation.Digital & CommunicationSupport digital marketing initiatives with wholesale partners including social media campaigns e-commerce assets and co-op marketing.Create content briefs and ensure consistent messaging across online and offline platforms.Market & Business SupportAnalyze sales and marketing data to measure ROI and adjust strategies.Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights to management.Partner with the sales team to support key account marketing initiatives.RequirementsBachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field; Masters preferred.58 years experience in marketing ideally in watches jewelry or luxury fashion/accessories.Proven track record in trade marketing and retail/wholesale channel support.Strong knowledge of GCC retail landscape and consumer behavior.Excellent communication and presentation skills; English required Arabic a plus.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in MS Office; Adobe Creative Suite or marketing analytics tools preferred.#LI-JC1Movado Group Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
