Job Description
<div><h3>Agency and Stakeholder Collaboration</h3><ul><li>Manage relationships and collaborate with creative/media agencies and other third-party stakeholders involved in marketing initiatives.</li><li>Work closely with external partners to coordinate marketing activities and ensure brand alignment.</li></ul><h3>Market Research and Strategy</h3><ul><li>Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the HORECA market.</li><li>Develop and implement marketing strategies to effectively position the brand in the HORECA market.</li><li>Identify market opportunities and provide strategic recommendations based on research findings.</li></ul><h3>Campaign and Event Management</h3><ul><li>Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, and events targeting HORECA customers.</li><li>Plan and coordinate HORECA-focused events, trade shows, and sponsorships to promote brand visibility.</li><li>Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and effectiveness.</li></ul><h3>Content and Creative Development</h3><ul><li>Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling print and digital marketing materials.</li><li>Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity application across all marketing channels.</li><li>Oversee the production of high-quality content, including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia.</li></ul><h3>Digital Marketing and Engagement</h3><ul><li>Oversee digital marketing initiatives including social media, email marketing, and online advertising to engage HORECA audiences.</li><li>Utilize SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence and drive traffic.</li></ul><h3>Partnership Development</h3><ul><li>Identify and establish partnerships with key HORECA players to enhance brand visibility and drive mutually beneficial initiatives.</li><li>Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to maximize brand exposure and marketing opportunities.</li></ul><h3>Performance Analysis and Reporting</h3><ul><li>Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.</li><li>Prepare regular performance reports and insights for leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.</li></ul><h3>Budget Management</h3><ul><li>Develop and manage marketing budgets for HORECA initiatives, ensuring optimal resource allocation.</li><li>Monitor expenses and ensure marketing activities are cost-effective and within budget.</li></ul><h3>Communication&Working Relationships</h3><ul><li>Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager, and other department heads.</li><li>Communicate and coordinate with the sales team, product development team, and customer service.</li><li>Engage with external vendors, advertising agencies, media contacts, and digital marketing partners.</li><li>Interact with customers and clients through various marketing channels and events.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li><b>Qualifications and Experience:</b><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial position, ideally within the HORECA industry.</li></ul></li><li><b>Job Specific Skills:</b><ul><li>Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM, analytics platforms, and digital marketing tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign management, and brand development.</li><li>Experience with data analysis, market research, and performance metrics.</li></ul></li><li><b>Competencies:</b><ul><li>Excellent leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.</li><li>Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to quality.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li></ul></li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
