In this role, you'll play a key part in executing our marketing strategy and driving brand visibility across all channels. Working collaboratively with the marketing leadership and cross-functional teams, you'll support the development and implementation of innovative campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive business growth. If you're passionate about marketing, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to make a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you.Support the execution of the organization's marketing strategy and digital communication initiatives across all platforms and brand touchpointsManage and optimize the company's social media channels end-to-end, including content planning, publishing, community management, and real-time engagementDevelop and maintain comprehensive editorial calendars for social media and digital channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and strategic alignmentCreate compelling content and copy that reflects brand positioning, resonates with our audience, and drives engagement and conversionsCoordinate and support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand activationsMonitor and analyze digital performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvementCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless implementation of marketing initiatives and campaignsConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats within the digital landscapeProvide operational support to the marketing department, managing timelines, deliverables, and project coordinationSupport event coordination and activation coverage, capturing content and ensuring brand consistency throughout all customer touchpointsQualifications**Required Qualifications:**Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field3+ years of professional experience in marketing, with demonstrated expertise in hotels digital marketingProven experience managing social media platforms and utilizing social media management and analytics toolsStrong proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrated ability to develop, plan, and manage editorial calendars for social media and digital channelsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing copyStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendationsExceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detailCreative thinking and problem-solving mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutionsProven ability to work collaboratively in team environments and support cross-functional initiatives**Preferred Qualifications:**Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market and understanding of local consumer behaviour and cultural nuancesExperience in campaign management and execution from concept through measurementKnowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, or other digital marketing channelsGraphic design or video editing skillsExperience with event coordination and brand activation managementFluency in English, additional languages are a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
