Job Description
We are currently partnering with a high-growth, international business within the health and wellness space, looking to appoint a Marketing Director to lead and scale their global growth function. This is a pivotal hire for the business, with full ownership of subscriber growth across existing and new markets, including upcoming expansion into the UK and UAE.The OpportunityThe business has already built a strong foundation, with an established subscriber base, high retention rates, and a highly engaged community. However they are now looking for a senior individual to take full ownership of the acquisition and retention engine.This role will be responsible for building a scalable growth strategy that operates independently of founder-led channels, with a clear focus on performance, international expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end growth funnel: awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retentionDefine and execute performance marketing strategy across key channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads)Set and manage budgets, CPA targets, and channel allocation across multiple marketsLead international market entry for the UK and UAE, including go-to-market strategy and executionOptimise conversion across the funnel, including landing pages, onboarding journeys, and pricing strategiesDrive CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives, including email and retention strategiesWork closely with internal teams across performance marketing, SEO, and influencer marketing to align on growth objectivesAnalyse performance data and make informed, data-driven decisions to improve key metrics including trial conversion, retention, and LTVThe Profile5- 7+ years’ experience in growth or performance marketing within a subscription-based or recurring revenue businessProven track record of owning and delivering against subscriber growth targets or P&LStrong hands-on experience managing paid acquisition at scale across multiple channelsDeep understanding of conversion optimisation, retention strategies, and customer lifecycle managementExperience launching or scaling products in new marketsHighly data-driven, with experience using analytics and attribution toolsComfortable operating in a fast-paced, founder-led environment with high levels of ownershipAdditional InformationLocation: Dubai Full-time office-basedReporting directly into foundersSmall team, high ownership, and strong growth potentialThis is an opportunity for someone who is looking to take full ownership of a growth function within a scaling business, with the ability to make a direct and measurable impact on international expansion and overall revenue growth.If this aligns with your background, please feel free to get in touch directly.#J-18808-Ljbffr
