ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives, positioning Innovation City as an innovation hub.Build and enhance the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content and marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional marketing platforms.Collaborate with industry leaders, influencers, and key stakeholders to forge partnerships and co-branded marketing efforts that enhance Innovation City's visibility.Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts including SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media to drive user engagement and acquisition.Leverage data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to improve performance.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for growthManage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring a high return on investment for marketing expenditures.Organize and promote blockchain and fintech-related events, summits, and conferences to showcase the Innovation City as the thought leaderRequirementsBachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the technology or free zone space.In-depth understanding of startups and emerging technologies.Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate business goals into marketing strategies and campaigns.Ability to develop creative marketing solutions that differentiate the Freezone in a competitive market.Proven experience in building and leading high-performing marketing teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
