Job Description

SummaryThe Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets by developing new business, managing existing customer relationships, and expanding product penetration within the Automotive Bodyshop & Paints segment. The role focuses on field sales execution, customer acquisition, and day‑to‑day account management across assigned territories.ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through active prospecting of workshops, body shops, garages, fleets, and retailers.Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize sales volume and repeat business.Promote and sell automotive body shop & paints in line with company strategy.Conduct regular market visits, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.Execute pricing promotions and sales initiatives as directed by management.Collect market intelligence on competitors’ pricing trends and customer requirements.Ensure timely order processing, coordinate with supply chain, and follow‑up on deliveries.Support collections by coordinating with customers and internal finance teams.Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates.Qualifications (Role)Experience in sales within automotive body shop & paints or related sectors.Strong understanding of body shop workshop operations and consumables usage.Good communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and comfortable with field sales activities.Valid driving license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.Travel Requirements70% – 90%Qualifications (Education & Experience)Education:Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, mechanical engineering, or a related field.Experience:7 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive body shop & paints segment.Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills.Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.Additional InformationPlease note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Remote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull‑time#J-18808-Ljbffr
