As the driving force behind our social media presence youll craft engaging content introduce fresh innovative ideas and ensure our brand stays relevant in an ever-evolving digital landscape.What Youll DoStrategy & PlanningDevelop and own social media strategy for ELE InteriorsCreate monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns promotions and awardsCollaborate with the marketing team to integrate social campaigns with broader activitiesContent Creation & ProductionShoot edit and publish reels stories and postsOrganize photo/video shoots and produce on-brand contentCollaborate with the HR team for internal events/contentWork with 3D visualizers for consistent posts on social mediaManage photoshoot logistics for high-quality resultsCommunity ManagementEngage daily with followers responding to comments DMs and mentionsTrack brand sentiment and manage relationships with external partnersInfluencer & Partner RelationsCollaborate with PR agency to identify influencers and manage partnershipsEnsure alignment of social campaigns with broader promotional activitiesCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with marketing creative and operations teamsCoordinate with external vendors (photographers influencers)Ongoing Brand DevelopmentRegularly update company profile and content reflecting current projects and trendsRequirements You Might Be a Fit If You Have:3 years of experience in social media and content creation (hospitality/F&B/lifestyle)Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends and best practicesExcellent copywriting and visual storytelling skillsProficiency with editing tools (Canva Photoshop)Familiarity with AI-driven content toolsRequired Skills: Must have a valid UAE driving license and vehicle to use for work Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineer Highly organized Business/entrepreneurial attitude - with Luxury experience is a must Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients design team management and contractors/suppliers Proficient in project management software Excel AutoCAD and Plan Swift Key Skills Graphic Design,Marketing,MailChimp,Microsoft Publisher,Adobe Creative Suite,Constant Contact,Email Marketing,Adobe Photoshop,Social Media Management,Adobe Illustrator,Wordpress,Adobe Indesign Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
