Today, our solutions support over 8,000 teachers, reaching more than 300,000 students.Role OverviewWe’re looking for aMarketing Automation Engineerto set up and manage our communication infrastructure across email and WhatsApp. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role centered on building reliable automation systems and scalable user journeys. Experience with API integration and workflow automation is a must.You will design and implement end‑to‑end communication flows—from onboarding to engagement and retention, ensuring strong deliverability, clear logic, and continuous optimization based on performance data.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and manage automated email campaigns and flows in Mailchimp (must-have)Implement WhatsApp messaging workflows using APIs or automation toolsBuild user segmentation, triggers, and lifecycle journeysMonitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize engagementTranslate content into structured, automated communication flowsQualificationsStrong, hands‑on experience with Mailchimp (required)Experience building automation flows, triggers, and audience segmentationFamiliarity with WhatsApp Business tools or messaging automation platformsDetail‑oriented, technical, and comfortable working with campaign systemsAble to execute independently and efficientlyExperience in education or learning products is a plusWhat We OfferA mission‑driven team at the intersection of education and technologyFlexible, remote‑friendly work environmentOwnership of core communication infrastructure#J-18808-Ljbffr
