Youll shoot edit and execute content that connects with our youth audience while supporting our mission to solve youth unemployment through events and engagement.What Youll Do:Plan shoot and edit high-quality video content for Instagram YouTube TikTok and LinkedInManage day-to-day social media operations including content scheduling community engagement and performance trackingLead creative campaign strategies across social media and support campaigns across other channels (email marketing physical event marketing outdoor advertising)Write engaging psychologically-driven copy that resonates and drives actionCreate compelling short-form and long-form video content optimized for each platformDevelop and execute content strategies focused on viral growth and meaningful engagementStay ahead of trending formats sounds and platform algorithm changesCapture behind-the-scenes content at events workshops and university activationsSupport event marketing through creative ideas and on-ground executionAnalyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagementBuild and nurture our online community through authentic fun engagementWhat Were Looking For:Proven experience managing social media accounts with demonstrated growth resultsStrong video shooting and editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro CapCut or similar)Deep understanding of social media algorithms best practices and growth strategiesPortfolio showcasing content that has achieved high engagement or viralityCreative understanding of marketing campaigns across different channelsnot technical execution but the strategic and creative thinking behind email marketing physical events billboards and adsExcellent copywriting skills with understanding of psychology and what makes people engage share and convertFun outgoing personality with content creator energysomeone whos naturally creative and comfortable on cameraUnderstanding of what makes content shareable saveable and comment-worthyKnowledge of trending formats memes and platform-specific behaviorsAbility to work independently and move fast in a startup environmentPassion for connecting with Gen Z and millennial audiences and solving youth unemploymentMust hold own visa (employment family or residence visa) Key Skills Digital Marketing,Marketing,Google Analytics,Pardot,HTML5,MailChimp,Marketing Automation,Salesforce Marketing Cloud,HubSpot,Responsys,Email Marketing,Social Media Management Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 2000 - 2500
