*** Must come from a subscription-based e-commerce platform*** B2C and B2B experienceWe are looking for an experienced Marketing & Brand Manager to lead the growth and development of our client. This role owns brand identity, customer acquisition, content strategy, and campaign execution for the B2C subscription business, positioning it as a differentiated eco-friendly and technology-enabled brand.Key Responsibilities:Brand & Content ManagementManage brand messaging across app, website, and social media channelsOversee creation of engaging content including copy, visuals, and videosMonitor campaign performance and customer engagement metricsCoordinate with Product Manager on promotions and new product launchesTrack marketing spend and ensure strong ROIRespond proactively to market feedback by adjusting messagingSupport app-based promotions and special offersCampaign Planning & ExecutionPlan and launch effective digital marketing campaignsCoordinate outreach with influencers and eco-focused partnersAnalyze analytics including website traffic, conversions, and customer acquisition cost (CAC)Work closely with Operations to align promotions with stock availabilitySupport limited B2B inquiries, focusing on corporate subscription clientsStrategic & Financial OversightPlan product launch campaigns and review brand health and awarenessOptimize customer acquisition strategies based on data insightsManage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROIPrepare and present monthly marketing performance reportsAuthority & Decision-MakingApprove brand messaging and campaign creative assetsSelect marketing channels, agencies, and vendorsAdjust or pause campaigns based on performance metricsRecommend pricing or positioning changes as neededApprove collaborations with influencers and strategic partnersCandidate Requirements:Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing with proven success in brand managementStrong expertise in customer acquisition, campaign strategy, and digital content creationExperience managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROIExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and metricsStrong communication and leadership skillsPassion for sustainability and eco-friendly products is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
