Requisition ID27203Job Country((country))Job City((filter3))Group OverviewHeadquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, we operate construction and manufacturing businesses, design & development centers and a host of facilities in the Middle East and other countries.Alfanar Building SystemsAlfanar Building Systems manufactures and markets a variety of building construction products and systems.The Core Manufacturing ActivitiesFaçade cladding, glazing systems and architectural aluminum productsPrecast concrete products and architectural elementsReal estate developmentJob PurposeThis position exists to perform digital marketing initiatives efficiently, in a timely manner and meeting quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.Key Accountability AreasImplements digital marketing campaigns including lead generation and remarketing campaigns on different platforms in coordination with sales and marketing teams.Executes organic search tactics for Google and other search engines like Bing.Works with content and marketing teams to drive Search Engine Optimization (SEO) in content creation and promotion.Executes a proactive social media content calendar consistent with the company’s brand voice and supports online and offline marketing, public relations efforts, including brand awareness, sales initiatives and special events.Collaborates with eCommerce and/or marketing team members in executing social media components related to current promotions, lead generation and reengagement campaigns.Engages with users across various platforms; where necessary acts as the voice of alfanar customer service.Monitors, responds to and resolves social media‑specific consumer inquiries/complaints in a timely and professional manner according to the SLA.Monitors trends in social media channels, tools, and metrics and appropriately applies that knowledge to increase the effectiveness of the company’s social media efforts.Measuring and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).Role AccountabilityHR ProficiencyAbility to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.Having a vision and a plan for the career path and how to achieve it.DeliveryPerform the planned activities to meet operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.Provide a periodic report detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.Problem‑SolvingResolve related problems and escalate any complex operational issues.QualityEnsure quality requirements to develop effective quality control processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.Business Process ImprovementsCoordinate well‑defined written systems, policies, procedures and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.ComplianceComply with related policy, procedures and work instructions.Health, Safety, and EnvironmentEnsure compliance of relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls within defined areas of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high‑quality products/services.Academic QualificationBachelor Degree in Marketing & CommunicationWork Experience2 to 5 YearsTechnical / Functional CompetenciesQA Key Performance IndicatorsAdvertising Market ResearchBrand MarketingCustomer Relationship MarketingForeign Cultures and MarketsJoint MarketingMarket AnalysisMarket ResearchMarket Segmentation AnalysisMarketing and Sales StrategiesMarketing PlanningMarketing ProgramsMarketing StrategiesTelemarketingWeb Marketing#J-18808-Ljbffr
