Job DescriptionDo you enjoy designing digital experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and user-focused? Dubai Media is looking for a Manager – UI/UX who is passionate about creating seamless digital journeys and shaping how audiences interact with our platforms.In this role, you will lead the design and user experience strategy across Dubai Media’s digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, and digital products. You will ensure that our digital experiences are visually compelling, accessible, and easy to navigate while aligning with the organization’s content and business objectives.You will work closely with product, editorial, marketing, and technology teams to translate user needs into impactful design solutions. From research and wireframes to prototypes and final interfaces, you will guide the full design process and champion a user-centered design culture across the organization.What you’ll doLead the design and continuous improvement of user interfaces and digital experiences across Dubai Media’s platforms.Conduct user research and usability testing to understand audience needs, behaviors, and expectations.Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to visualize and validate digital product concepts.Establish and maintain design guidelines and UX standards to ensure consistency across digital touchpoints.Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility best practices across the organization.Collaborate closely with product, development, marketing, and editorial teams to deliver intuitive digital products.Use analytics, feedback, and testing insights to continuously improve usability, engagement, and performance.Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and emerging digital technologies and incorporate best practices into the organization’s digital strategy.Mentor and guide designers while ensuring high-quality design output across projects.QualificationsBasic QualificationsMust be a UAE National (Emirati)Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.Minimum 6–8 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in digital media, technology, or content platforms.Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards.Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using modern design tools.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.Ability to translate user insights and business requirements into effective digital experiences.Experience working in agile digital product environments is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
