Manager – Staffing, Recruitment & Outsourcing (GCC Experience Required) – QatarUrgent requirement for Manager – Staffing, Recruitment & Outsourcing with only GCC experience is must require for our client in Qatar.We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Leader to spearhead our staffing and recruitment operations in Qatar. The role requires a strong blend of sales, delivery, and operational leadership with full ownership of business growth, client engagement, and P&L management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and expand the staffing & recruitment business across QatarOwn end-to-end P&L management, ensuring profitability and sustainable growthDrive business development and sales strategy, acquiring new clients across industriesOversee delivery operations for both IT and Non-IT hiring mandatesManage high-volume hiring across:Blue-collar workforceGrey-collar workforceWhite-collar workforceBuild, mentor, and scale high-performing recruitment and sales teamsDevelop and manage key accounts, ensuring long-term client partnershipsHandle enterprise, government, and semi-government accountsLead and manage tender participation and bidding processesEnsure strong governance, compliance, and service delivery excellenceCandidate ProfileExperience: 14–16 years in Staffing & Recruitment industryLocal Experience: Minimum 6-7 years of experience in GCC marketProven experience managing both IT & Non-IT recruitment across multiple sectorsStrong exposure to volume/bulk hiring modelsDemonstrated success in handling sales + delivery functionsExperience in BPO hiring/business will be an added advantageStrong understanding of Qatar market dynamics, labor laws, and client landscapeProven leadership in team building and people managementExperience in tender bidding and large account management is essentialSkills: recruitment, staffing, manager#J-18808-Ljbffr
