Job Description

OverviewOur client, one of the largest developers in the Middle East and North Africa region based in Abu Dhabi is currently looking for Manager – Retail Marketing who will develop retail strategy for the new co. including planning, designing and positioning of the retail arm, develop marketing and budget plan covering launch, activation, events for retail and liaise with retail management team to ensure consensus and approval, responsible for marketing plan implementation and tracking. Reporting to Senior Manager – Marketing and you will be responsible to;ResponsibilitiesDevelop the core positioning, messaging and segmentation for companys retail armCreate awareness, enhance visibility and strengthen the retail image of NewCo.Develop and implement budget, marketing plan and sales support tools including launch collateral, customer touch points and corresponding ROIResponsible for related events and exhibition planning and execution including project conceptualization, management, design, budget, execution and success measurement toolsResponsible for project brand building plansMarket Intelligence – lease, competition, marketing trendsDevelop tailored content for presentations, datasheets, customer case studies that highlight the value proposition of the new co, retail armWork closely with communications team to ensure maximum leverage from media and PRWork closely with customer service/CRM to register and monitor leads for leaseManage agency relationship across marcom mixWork closely with mall management team to ensure operational marketing activities are aligned with brand and marketing strategyBusiness Capabilities6+ years of Marketing experience , 3+ years experience in retail / shopping mallsCompetenciesConfident in applying new technologies and innovate solutionsCreative problem solvingAdapt to changing conditionsAbility to prioritize, Hands on and action orientedDemonstrated success in defining and launching complex real estate productsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authorityProfessional manner but able to take firm and timely decisionsProven values based leadershipEducationBachelors degree in marketing, business administration#J-18808-Ljbffr
