OverviewThe Ad Operations Manager is responsible for on-site media activation management, with primary focus to drive performance through on-site retail media channels and investment opportunities for UAE priority accounts.The role holder will also drive development of excellent relationships with relevant client teams, internal cross-functional teams as well as ecommerce commercial/ operation teams to execute & deliver successful media campaigns.ResponsibilitiesPre-campaign executionReview campaign briefs & media plansChallenge briefs & plans that might not make sense or lack information to achieve goals and objectivesProvide feedback on campaign briefs in order to ensure clarity from briefing parties, specifically around campaign objectives and KPIsFoster collaboration with client teams to deliver successful campaign delivery vs. the agreed briefInitiate actions required with required teams to meet approved briefs/ media plans in a timely fashionSpeak up on operational challenges foreseen with problem-solving approachProactively identify and resolve operational challengesCampaign ManagementTake ownership of assigned accounts and campaignsEnd to end responsibility of assigned accounts and campaignsReview creative/ contents, provide feedback to support guideline compliance and share creative suggestion that can contribute to campaign success as early on as possiblePost execution checks to ensure quality of campaign set up are upkeptOversee non-delivery & campaign performance troubleshootingResponsible for proof of execution collectionAnalyze campaign data and develop tactics and strategies to improve conversion performance and efficienciesCreate case studies for future selling/ upsellingManage day to day operation tasks and ensure timely response and manage expectation with client team & stakeholdersSpeak up on campaign challenges with solution-based suggestionEnsure financial accuracy and support reconciliation of spends for assigned accounts & campaignsCampaign OptimisationBe accountable for insights gathering for pacing & performance analysisTake ownership in validating data to generate actionable insights for optimisationImplement optimisation and monitor performanceCollaborate with client team and commercial team to drive required actions i.e prompt responsible team to check & take actions related to product listing, replenishment & promo activationMinimum experience8+years of experience in media operations or related fieldProven experience in an operations environment, with a track record of driving operational excellence and process improvement.Experience with other 3rd party ad servers is a mustComfort with Microsoft Excel and ability to consolidate information and work with multiple data pointsPreferably 5+ years in the retail/e-Commerce business or closely related industry#J-18808-Ljbffr
