Roles & ResponsibilitiesDrive sales targets through proactive customer engagement and relationship building, focusing on high-value vehicle segments.Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the GCC & African market, maximizing market share and profitability.Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring individual and team targets are met.Manage and maintain key customer relationships, including corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals, to ensure repeat business.Desired Candidate ProfilePossesses a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Holds relevant certifications in sales or automotive management (e.g., sales certifications, automotive sales training).Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of automotive sales experience within the GCC region, showcasing a proven track record.Exhibits a deep understanding of the automotive market, including luxury and premium vehicle segments.Preference will be given to candidates with strong MS Office skills and D365 ERP experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
