In 2022, Dubai Holding Asset Management’s retail destinations collectively attracted over 28 million visitors and hosted over 75 events across the portfolio.Dubai Asset Management maintains a substantial presence in Dubai with a leasing portfolio of 15 distinct residential communities, elevating the city’s global recognition as one of the most desirable and liveable destinations worldwide.About the JobAn opportunity has arisen for Manager - Marketing to join Dubai Holding Asset Management. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:Marketing Strategy and PlansSupport the Marketing function’s Management and division in developing and delivering the annual marketing plan & strategy, ensuring all aspects of DR’s marketing activities align with the ethos and objective of the brand and business requirements/objectives.Support in the development of market positioning, competitive assessment, and customer segmentation and target customer profiling for residential portfolios.Ensure inclusion and collaboration between all business units including leasing property management and strategy to align on overall residential marketing strategy.Prepare and execute the annual calendar and plans as well as residential marketing initiativesCoordinate with Strategy and Leasing teams in the acquisition and analysis of market research to determine target audiences and evolve the marketing strategy for the business units through all channels.Implement strategies to achieve lead generation target, enhance customer loyalty, identify and leverage new revenue growth opportunities, and maximize profitability for each segment.Coordinate the development of brand compliant marketing collaterals – flyers, advertisements, corporate gifts etc. through the Branding and Creative Studio team.Prepare and share the scope of work to ensure that all marketing projects commence with a robust written brief and approved budget and that all stakeholders are clear on the project deliverables and resources required.Obtain approvals and manage the activation of residential communities to increase appeal and brand awareness and engagement with customers and business partners.Initiate strategic partnerships including, but not limited to, synergies that are Residential specific.Events – Planning / Execution / OperationsPlan, manage and execute all events related to residential segment and co-ordinate customer management and interactions along with third party agencies.Work closely with the on-ground events team and third-party event managers to align to the overall strategy and ensure brand related set up is in line with branding guidelines and is visually engaging for better customer engagement.Ensure all required collaterals including prints, flyers, signages, banners, posters are implemented.Ensure that all event venues are safe and meet the desired health and safety standards.Support in obtaining all required approvals and permissions from local authorities (Dubai Police, HSE, CID) are taken in time for the events.Evaluate all event sponsorship opportunities and ensure effective utilization of the marketing budget on relevant sponsorship events.Ensure events are promoted across all channels in a seamless and integrated manner.Ensure regular activity reports & analysis covering the events promotions and activities, ROMI, and feedback is prepared and shared with the right stakeholders.Campaign ManagementDevelop commercially focused integrated marketing campaigns by working closely with internal and external teams to utilize all channels to raise portfolio brand awareness.Manage and implement Always-On and tactical campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, retention, and lifestyle campaigns.Review and sign off campaign related content for emails, teasers, social media and other channels and ensure it is posted in a timely manner.Execute major seasonal campaigns for residential assets i.e. Ramadan, Festive Season, UAE National day.Create post campaign summary reports that demonstrate how effectively the marketing ob
