This role is critical in managing, upgrading, and delivering large-scale infrastructure works across our developments.</p><h3>Key Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Strong Dubai experience is a MUST</li><li>Proven working relationships with Dubai authorities and utility providers (DEWA, RTA, Etisalat, DU, Dubai Municipality, etc.)</li><li>Solid utilities and infrastructure experience within real estate or mixed-use developments</li></ul><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Manage end-to-end infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, networks, services)</li><li>Lead design review, coordination, and approvals with consultants and authorities</li><li>Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and enhancements</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities</li><li>Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and authority requirements</li><li>Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and quality</li><li>Support handover, testing, commissioning, and close-out activities</li></ul><h3>Preferred Profile:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field</li><li>8+ years of experience in infrastructure projects in Dubai</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills</li><li>Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
