About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Manager – Facilities Maintenance & Real Estate Management to oversee building operations, infrastructure maintenance, and real estate portfolio management. The successful candidate will ensure optimal facility performance, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective management of real estate assets while aligning operations with organizational objectives.This role requires strong leadership, vendor management expertise, and a solid understanding of facilities systems and real estate administration.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilities MaintenanceOversee preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, utilities, and equipment.Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, safety, and security systems.Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize operational downtime.Supervise contractors and service providers while ensuring SLA compliance.Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.Manage lease administration, renewals, and negotiations.Oversee property acquisition, disposal, and strategic space planning.Maintain accurate real estate documentation and records.Monitor occupancy costs, budgets, and vendor payments.Coordinate office fit-outs, renovations, and capital improvement projects.Prepare and manage facilities and real estate budgets.Track operational expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to ensure quality and value.Leadership & CoordinationLead the facilities team and coordinate cross-functional support.Liaise with landlords, government authorities, and internal stakeholders.Support business continuity planning and risk management initiatives.RequirementsExperience8–12 years of experience in Facilities Management and/or Real Estate Management within a medium to large corporate environment.Experience working in the UAE or the Middle East is desirable.EducationStrong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.Solid knowledge of facility management metrics, systems, and best practices.Understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and third-party service providers.Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.Good understanding of contracts and legal considerations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
