Join to apply for the Manager B2B Ticket Sales role at Esports World Cup FoundationTeam: TicketingActivity: Full-timeRole grade: Manager (6)Direct reports: 0Indirect reports: 0Reporting to: Manager TicketingRole location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaJob Purpose: As the Manager B2B Ticket Sales, you will drive B2B ticket sales revenue and maximize event attendance by cultivating and managing relationships with corporate clients, tour operators, and group partners. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, meet revenue targets, and support the overall success of the ticketing department.Duties And ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic B2B ticket sales plans to meet and exceed revenue and attendance goals.Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients, including corporate groups, associations, tour operators, and educational institutions.Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and B2B partners.Create and present customized ticket packages, proposals, and pricing structures tailored to the needs of different business segments.Negotiate and close B2B sales contracts, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and maximizing profitability.Manage the entire B2B sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through to contract execution and account management.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.Track sales performance, generate detailed reports, and provide accurate sales forecasts to senior management.Represent the foundation at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote B2B offerings and generate leads.Education And ExperienceBachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, with a focus on ticket sales, corporate hospitality, or related event revenue generation.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong understanding of the B2B sales cycle, lead generation, and key account management principles.Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create compelling sales proposals.In-depth Knowledge of the ticketing.Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.BenefitsRelocation supportTransportation allowanceCompetitive compensationHousing allowanceVIP medical insuranceOpportunity to work on a new exciting project with a group of passionate professionals.
