Machine Learning Engineer - Emirati national

We are looking for a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development and optimization of advanced models that power real-world AI applications. You will be responsible for model lifecycle management from research to production deployment working closely with product engineering and research teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, train, fine‑tune and deploy machine learning solutions (LLMs, predictive models) for enterprise use cases.Collaborate with data engineers and product owners to shape data pipelines and ML workflows.Optimize models for efficiency, accuracy and real‑time performance.Conduct rigorous experimentation and evaluation, iterating based on metrics and business needs.Champion responsible AI practices including fairness, transparency and security.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of industry experience in machine learning, AI or data science.Strong background in large language models, NLP or generative AI frameworks.Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).A Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or a related field is highly desirable.#J-18808-Ljbffr
