The Middle East continues to experience substantial investment activity across traditional sectors including energy, diversified industry, infrastructure, logistics, water, and national transformation programmes. Sovereign wealth funds and major regional investment groups are actively deploying capital into both regional and international assets, while global private equity houses and institutional investors increasingly engage with the region from a fundraising perspective.These organisations are seeking credible ESG insight, sustainability stewardship, responsible investment guidance and support in aligning investment strategies with emerging regulations and global expectations. This presents a major opportunity for ERM to expand its ESG and technical advisory footprint across the Middle East by building deeper, in‐country relationships at senior level.We are seeking a Partner or Director for KSA, whose primary role is to open doors, identify clients, cultivate long‐term relationships and secure major ESG and sustainability advisory mandates. The value of this individual lies in navigating the regional investment landscape, speaking to clients in a culturally aligned way and connecting Middle Eastern capital owners to ERM’s global ESG expertise.**Role Profile:**Draw on knowledge of institutional investing and private equity to translate ERM’s ESG and sustainability capabilities into commercially relevant propositions. Experience engaging senior financial stakeholders on ESG, sustainability or responsible‐investment themes. Proven ability to originate client relationships and win advisory work.Ability to navigate complex regional decision‐making landscapes.
